Will I receive an artwork proof before my job enters into production?
We will email an artwork proof to you for final approval before you job enters production.
Can you guarantee a colour match?
Although we print in CMYK, our printers are regularly colour calibrated to allow us to achieve consistent colours. If you do require a specific Pantone colour, please advise us when placing your order and we will advise if your colour can be achieved.
Does Ink offer a design service?
We have a team of in-house graphic designers ready to help assist with any of your design requirements. We offer free basic artwork design on all online orders. But we also specialise in more complex designs including vehicle concepts and logo design.
Can I change my artwork once it is approved?
Once you artwork is approved it will be actioned and set up for the next step of the process. If you do require changes to your artwork please contact immediately and we will advise if your job has progressed too far along the production process.
How much is shipping?
We offer fixed standard shipping Australian wide of $20 + GST for all online orders.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
All orders are available for in-store pick-up. When checking out please select the in-store pick-up option,
How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
We produce all our signs in-house in our factory located in Sydney, which allows us to offer competitive lead times. Please see below for lead times.
Orders up to $500+ GST – 24 Hours
Orders $501 – $1000 + GST – 48 Hours
Orders $1001 – $2000 + GST 72 Hours
Orders greater than $2000 + GST please contact Ink
What about a delivery times?
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but for Sydney Metro typical delivery time is 1-2 working days. If you do require your order by a specific time please inform us at the time of placing your order and we can confirm the delivery time for your location. If you are located within the Sydney Metro area a same day courier can be organised for an additional cost.
What happens if I my order is delivery damaged?
Please email us immediately with some pictures of the damage and brief description and we will rectify the issue.
